How do I return a part?
If you need to return a part you can do so by accessing your account through the Webstore Portal or by contacting the Parts Department directly at email@example.com or by phone at 800-544-0400 ext. 304. How do I search for the products I need?
Start by locating the search icon on the top right of the Nordon Shop home page and entering the Manufacturer Name, Manufacturer Part Number, or any Descriptive Keywords in the field and select the magnifying glass or press enter. You can also browse our entire parts inventory by clicking "Shop" at the top of the Home page or narrow down your search to each manufacturer by selecting their icon on our home page!
What if I'm not sure of which part I need?
If you aren’t sure of which item you need, why not go to the source? We have included our manufacturers part manuals on the Nordon Shop homepage for quick and easy access. Still not sure of what part you might need, or would you prefer to speak with someone to verify? Not a problem! What do I do if I forgot my password?

What is "Quick Order"?
Glad you asked! Quick Order is a fast way to add parts to your cart and check out without having to fully access the shopping cart or scroll through additional menus. Just by entering a SKU or item name in the search bar you can easily add a part, update the quantities, and check out in a matter of moments!
What should I do if I am a tax-exempt customer?
For purchases which are exempt from sales tax please send your exemption certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put the Sales Order number in the email if you have already placed an order.
