Returns & Refunds

In the event you need to return your order please submit the RMA request through the Webstore Portal or by contacting the Parts Department directly at or by phone at 800-544-0400 ext 304. All orders are eligible for return consideration up to 6 months after the purchase date, unless otherwise noted prior to purchase. Return requests for orders older than 6 months will not be eligible for return consideration. Any return requests submitted prior to the 6 month anniversary date will be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% of the total order cost at the discretion of Nordon LLC. The restocking fee can increase based on the condition of the parts and terms of the return. Return requests for specialized or custom items will not be eligible for return consideration. All requests must be approved prior to returning the product(s) and are subject to the discretion of Nordon LLC. Item return shipment is the responsibility of the purchasing party, unless otherwise noted. All returned items are subject to inspection and should arrive complete in new condition with no visible signs of usage, damage or missing pieces / components. Only approved items will be considered for reimbursement and credit is subject to inspection. Should unapproved, damaged, used, or incomplete items be received the RMA will be voided and the return will not be eligible for a credit / reimbursement. All RMA’s will expire 30 days from the issuance date.

Shipment Damage: Please inspect all packages immediately or within 5 days of receipt. Report any damage and include pictures of the package and contents to upon discovery. If shipment damage occurs and the issue is not reported within 5 days of receipt, the order will not be eligible for return or reimbursement.

Part Defects: If you receive a defective item please report the issue to the Parts Team at or by phone at 800-544-0400 ext. 304. Please reference Purchase Order or Sales Order number when submitting a defective part request. Most defective parts will be eligible for return up to 90 days after the purchase date but may vary by manufacturer. Replacement or reimbursement is subject to discretion and returns will follow each individual manufacturer’s specific part policy, as a result claim determinations may vary.
